All New Robosoccer - Control Technology

STFC Study Centre is the first venue in the country to offer the ALL NEW ROBOSOCCER. Students will use the reliable and powerful NXT robot and a new software interface.

Your school can enter a team to program a robot football player to compete on a table top football field in a challenge tournament against other teams. Teams will produce a powerpoint presentation with audio and digital images.  All resources are provided including robot kits, worked examples, computing facilities, digital cameras and experts on hand.  A very enjoyable and rewarding day for KS2 & KS3 students.

Certificates will be awarded for the following categories:

Option 1

Your school can choose to participate in one of the scheduled Robosoccer days in Term 6, sending a minimum of 5 pupils (1 team) to meet and compete against other schools in a fun and exciting tournament!

Dates: Availability: 6th, 7th and 8th July            

Cost: £60 per team (5 pupils)

Option 2

Why not book your own day?
This can be any time of the year subject to arrangement. The Robosoccer Day will be designed specific to your requirements. Your school will have sole use of the fantastic technology and facilities in the Cecil Green Suite.

Cost: £550 per day (Maximum 50 pupils)
